UNI-T UT272A Earth Clamp Meter
The UNI-T UT272A Earth Clamp Meter is designed for measuring earth resistance in grounding systems used in electrical installations, telecommunications facilities, and equipment rooms. Its clamp-based measurement method enables technicians to test grounding loops conveniently without the traditional auxiliary electrode setup required by many conventional earth resistance testers.
The UT272A features an automatic measurement range, a four-digit LCD, data storage, measurement recall, and automatic calibration at startup. Its clamp accommodates conductors or busbars up to 44 mm in diameter. The instrument also includes over-range indication and automatic power-off to help conserve battery life, making it suitable for electrical maintenance, grounding inspections, and troubleshooting.
