BDX34C PNP Darlington Transistor 100V 10A TO-220
The BDX34C is a PNP Darlington power transistor designed for high-current and high-gain applications. Featuring a collector-emitter voltage of 100V and a continuous collector current of 10A, it provides excellent performance in switching and linear applications requiring high current amplification. The Darlington configuration offers very high current gain, reducing the need for large base drive currents.
