BTA12-600B Triac 600V 12A TO-220AB
The BTA12-600B is a 12A medium current, 600V standard 4-quadrant Triac housed in an insulated TO-220AB package. Suitable for general-purpose mains AC power switching, it features an internal ceramic pad that provides an insulated tab rated at 2500 VRMS complying with UL standards. This component offers low thermal resistance using clip bonding technology and complies with UL1557 certification and RoHS environmental standards.
