74191 Up/Down Binary Counter 5V 65mA IC DIP-16
The 74191 Up/Down Binary Counter is a synchronous digital logic integrated circuit designed to count binary values from 0 to 15. It supports both upward and downward counting, with direction controlled by a dedicated input. Its synchronous architecture allows the counter stages to update together in response to the clock signal.
The IC includes parallel data inputs for presetting a starting count, along with control and status outputs useful for cascading counters and building larger counting systems.
