MC3405P Dual Operational Amplifier and Dual Voltage Comparator IC 3V to 36V 2.5mA DIP-14
The MC3405P is a high-performance monolithic integrated circuit containing two differential-input operational amplifiers and two independent voltage comparators in a single 14-pin package. Designed for single-supply or split-supply operation, the MC3405 serves as a versatile, multi-functional analog building block for automotive, consumer, and industrial electronic applications.
Its operational amplifiers are equivalent in performance to the industry-standard MC3403 and feature internal frequency compensation. The voltage comparators offer performance similar to the popular LM339 and are fully compatible with both TTL and CMOS logic levels.
