The SAB 8286A is an 8-bit bipolar octal bus transceiver with high-impedance 3-state outputs, designed by Siemens using their Advanced Standard Buried Collector (ASBC) fast bipolar process. It serves as a non-inverting data bus buffer and driver engineered to interface local processor data buses directly with system data buses in high-demand microcomputer environments.
