The TC4501BP is part of the standard 4000-series CMOS logic family. It integrates two 4-input NAND gates on a single monolithic chip. Built with Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) technology, it is characterized by very low power consumption, a high noise margin, and a wide operating voltage range.
These gates perform the logical NAND function, where the output is LOW only when all four inputs are HIGH; otherwise, the output is HIGH.
