ZY180 Zener Diode 180V 2W DO-41
The ZY180 is a high-power silicon Zener diode designed for voltage stabilization and regulator circuits. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 180V and belongs to the ZY1–ZY200 series, which covers Zener voltages from 1V to 200V. The device is specified for a maximum power dissipation of 2W at an ambient temperature of 50°C.
The diode uses an axial DO-41 (DO-204AC) package and is intended for through-hole mounting. For the ZY180 variant, the datasheet specifies a Zener voltage range of 168V to 191V at a 5mA test current, dynamic resistance of 120Ω, a temperature coefficient of +9 to +13 × 10⁻⁴/°C, and a maximum Zener current of 10mA at TA = 50°C.
