NEC 2P4M TRIAC 400V 2A TO-126
The NEC 2P4M SCR Thyristor 400V 2A TO-126 is a passivated, plastic-mold SCR featuring low gate trigger current and compact TO-126 packaging. Rated for 2 A RMS continuous current and 400 V repetitive blocking, it’s optimized for ignition systems, motor control in small appliances, and over-voltage protection applications where gate current is limited.
